​2. Use, Scope, and Purpose of Storage and Processing
We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining customer contact, marketing via email, sales promotion, customer profiling for the purpose of personalized content and product offers via email and on our website. For each sent email, we record whether the recipient opened the email and clicked on any links. These recorded data are automatically processed, analyzed, profiled, and evaluated to better tailor our future communication and offers.
We do not use these profiles for automated decision-making.

For the purpose of email marketing, we store the following personal data:

  • Email address

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Gender

We collect personal data only with the explicit consent of individuals. Each consent is stored along with its content and the form in which it was obtained.

The following departments may access and use personal data:

  • Sales

  • Marketing

  • Customer Support

3. Data Transfer
Personal data collections are stored within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and are not transferred to other countries.

4. Data Retention Period
We retain an individual’s personal data until the revocation of their consent for storage and processing. Upon revocation, the individual’s personal data will be immediately, effectively, and permanently deleted.

If the original purpose for data storage and processing ceases to exist, we will immediately and permanently delete the related data collections.

Data regarding email message views and link clicks are stored for up to 12 months from the date the message was sent.

5. Individual Rights
Each individual may at any time request:

  • Access to their personal data

  • Correction of data

  • Complete deletion of data

  • Data portability to another provider of similar services

  • Interruption of processing and storage, or withdrawal of consent for processing and storage—without affecting the legality of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal

Requests can be sent via email to info@ja-ma.si or in writing to the company’s registered address.

If our company intends to further process personal data for a purpose other than that for which the data were originally collected, we will inform the individual in advance about the new purpose and provide all relevant information as described in this document.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

The website info@ja-ma.si is owned and operated by:

The trademarks and service marks appearing on this website are registered trademarks. Their owner or licensee is ŠČIT Simon Japelj s.p. or its contractual partners. Any use of these marks by third parties is strictly prohibited, except in cases explicitly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices

All prices are expressed in EUR and include 22% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices are for informational purposes only and may change without prior notice. No additional discounts apply to promotional prices.

3. Orders

Orders will be processed no later than 14 days after receipt or immediately once the ordered goods are in stock. Customers may pay by pro forma invoice, cash on delivery, or as otherwise agreed.

You may choose from all products published on the website www.ja-ma.si. If a desired product is not in stock or cannot be found in the online store, please send an inquiry to info@ja-ma.si, and we will inform you if it can be supplied.

4. Payment Methods

Customers may pay for goods by pro forma invoice, cash on delivery, or as otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery

We deliver exclusively to legal entities with a valid tax number (companies, sole traders, holders of supplementary activities, public institutions, municipal organizations, craftsmen, etc.). We do not deliver products to private individuals.

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the terms described on the website

www.ja-ma.si, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and ŠČIT Simon Japelj s.p. Orders valued over 100 EUR (incl. VAT) are delivered free of charge. Delivery costs for orders below this amount are 6.10 EUR (incl. VAT). Delivery applies within Slovenia only.

6. Complaints

The customer has all rights guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Act. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Vrhnika, Slovenia.

If the customer believes that the received product does not meet their expectations, we will replace it with another product or refund the purchase price. In this case, the customer must return the unused and undamaged product in its original packaging to:

If the customer finds that the goods are damaged, missing contents, or show signs of being opened, they must request a damage report from the delivery service immediately upon receipt. The goods must be photographed and, together with the report, sent to info@ja-ma.si for claim resolution.

We will work with the delivery service to ensure the complaint is resolved as quickly as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

The content of the website www.ja-ma.si is for informational purposes only and may be changed at any time without prior notice. While we strive to publish only verified and accurate information, errors, technical changes, availability variations, or program modifications may occur.

Due to the technical nature of the internet, interruptions or errors in website operation may occur. Product images are symbolic and do not guarantee product characteristics. In addition to photos, technical specifications are provided by the manufacturer. Warranties for products are determined by the explicit limited warranty statements included with the products.

8. Personal Data and Privacy Protection

The owner of the website www.ja-ma.si will handle data collected through this site in accordance with applicable legislation and good business practices.

Collected data will be used solely for the purposes defined in advance, as described in the Privacy Policy published on the website.

9. Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods by notifying the seller via the contact email info@ja-ma.si. A return form must be completed. The return period begins on the day of receipt.

The only cost borne by the customer in connection with withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.

The goods must be in their original packaging (or packaging that provides equivalent protection), undamaged, unused, and in the same quantity as received.

If the customer withdraws from the order and returns the goods, we will refund the payment as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice and the returned goods, provided the goods are undamaged, unused, and in their original quantity. The customer must also include the original invoice and provide a bank account number for the refund.

The customer may also cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to info@ja-ma.si.
