Shipping Policy

We deliver to both legal entities and private customers (consumers) worldwide.
Shipping costs depend on the destination and delivery method and are calculated during the checkout process.
Orders over 100 EUR (incl. VAT) are delivered free of charge. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.
If the product is out of stock, you will be notified, and we will agree on a delivery date or product replacement.
Deliveries are carried out by our contracted delivery partners (GLS).

Customers (both consumers and legal entities) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
Notification of return must be sent to: info@ja-ma.si.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging or packaging that provides equivalent protection.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the payment within 15 days.

Cash-on-delivery return packages will not be accepted.
